Shangdong YinShiLai Corporation Ltd., membet of CCTA(China Cotton Textile Assocition) and established in 2000, is a high-tech textiles group covering weaving, dyein and fininshing for top-grade pure cotton and chemical woven fabrics. The group consists of YinLong Spinging Co.,LTD.,TianHao Weaving&Dying Co.,ltd and HuiYin Textile Co.,LTD.ETC.It has 1 billion of total assets, 3,000 members and advaced equipments including 200.000 spindles,5 sets of air-spinning machines, 800 sets of air&water jet looms, 128 sets of electronic jacquard machines. 30 sets of dyeing machies and 2sets of coating machines etc. The annual capacity can reach 12.000 tons of hing-spindle yarn, 70.000,000 meters of topgrade fabrics and 75,000,000 meters of dyeing&fininshing fabrics.We specialize in weaving, dyeing and finishing for top grade fabrics, of which, series of high spindle&density pure cotton grey fabric is Chinese Famous Brand Prouduct. We have got Certificates of ISO 9000 Quality Management System, ISO 14000 Environment Management System, Good Standarding Practice and Confirmation Certificate for Mesurement Management System.
We base on top-grade products and stick to the development of new products, which is the essential factor for rapid and efficent development of group. We sucessfully developed series of new products for pure cotton , high spindle&density fabrics including double jet, 3 jet, 4 jet, 6 jet, 8 jet, 12 jet, etd.and materialized mass production. We also developed tens of new products including spandex jaquard, yarn-dyed silk-cotton inter weaving jacquard etc. Now the company has 6 series of products covering home textile, garments fabrics and upholstery fabrics etc. of which, jacquard bedding fabric ranks top and occupies 15% of market share, it has become the head company on jaquard fabic products in the mainland. The “hing spindle&density grey fabrics” product has passed expert statement of CCTA., of which, density of wrap and weft reaches 3600-6300T/10cm, some products leed the domestic market and reach advanced word level. In the 2006 China Cotton Textile Product Annual Conference, “high spindle&density sateen strip”and “high spindle&density jacquad” won award of “Excellent Innovation for Products Development”;”high spindle&density sateen” won award of “Excellent Design for Products Development “. We pay attention to the when down-loom and above 99.8% when warehousing; average efficiency of production was kept above 80%, which comprehensively caterded to “products, quality and efficiency” of group.
